Job Responsibility:

Caffeine Project is a family owned Coffee House Roastery, based in Binley Woods, Coventry. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive person to undertake and manage the daily running of our new Deli/Farm shop, Deli Project, on the same site, opening soon. This role includes all aspects of working in the deli such as opening/closing, monitoring stock, ordering, stock taking and stock rotation, managing staff, displays, cleaning, rotas, among the general day to day running of the café, especially in the absence of the owners.

The role will be 5 days a week and will include weekends.

The ideal candidate will be warm, friendly and go above and beyond in their customer service, maintaining our excellent customer reputation. They must have a back ground of working in a farm house/deli and preferably with management experience.

This is a completely new venture, so we will be looking for someone to help develop this role, with new ideas, and input in how to make it a success, while liaising with the owners.
