Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Improvement Consultant to join our team on a contracted basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mentoring and developing the operations team, fostering a culture of delegation within Management, and enhancing day-to-day operations, customer experience, and systems to facilitate the growth of our company from a small to a medium-sized operation.

Responsibilities:

- Assess current operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to streamline processes.

- Mentor and train the operations team to encourage professional development and optimise performance.

- Implement initiatives to enhance the customer journey and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Analyse existing systems and recommend upgrades or new technologies to improve efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and directors.

- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems and devise practical solutions.

- Knowledge of operations best practices and trends in operations management.

- Experience working in a small to medium-sized company environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
