SEN / SEND Tutors Needed - Make a Difference in Young Lives
Multiple positions are available and hiring is ongoing to meet the wide variety of needs we support.
Location: Essex County
Hours: Flexible shifts, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Learning Hive is teaming up with Essex County Council to make a meaningful impact on the education of young students. We are actively hiring passionate and dedicated tutors to provide high-quality tuition in core subjects for primary and secondary students (KS1-KS4). We are particularly looking for educators with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) support to help create inclusive learning environments where every student can thrive.

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of two years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Experience working with SEND students
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, or Science (KS1-KS4)
- Confident, self-motivated, and inspiring educators
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one through our fast-track service)
Your Role:
- Deliver engaging, one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs
- Inspire confidence and a love for learning

- Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback
