Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director for one of our clients, a prestigious flooring company to new heights of success. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including strategic planning, business development, financial management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee project management to ensure timely and successful completion of painting and decoration projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the management team and employees to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in flooring industry or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
