The FP&A team is part of the wider CFO-function and have had great success in supporting the business so far and are now working on “paving the road” for the coming years' continued growth.
Position Overview:
As an FP&A Associate, you will be an integral part of our FP&A team, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A. You will work cross-functionally to support our business through detailed financial analysis, planning, and forecasting. You will play a key role in providing insights that drive strategic decision-making and help optimise financial performance across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes across various departments
- Management Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive management reports that highlight key financial metrics and business performance
- Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations
- Data-driven Insights: Utilize financial data to identify areas for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency through our data and BI tools
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to gather relevant data and insights
- Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support various business scenarios and strategic initiatives
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Commission payouts: Managing our commission calculation tools and processes and reporting to the payroll team
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a related field
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial planning software and PowerBI is desirable
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders
- Initiative: A proactive and curious mindset, always seeking ways to improve processes and contribute to the company's growth
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new programs and applications. Knowledge of Netsuite is a must
- Industry Experience: Experience in the Tech or SaaS industry is preferred
