Responsibilities:
- Installing and maintaining temporary traffic setups such as traffic lights, road closures, and pedestrian paths.
- Sometimes working solo, sometimes with a team. Being a self-starter is key.
- Manually controlling traffic lights and managing pedestrians. Your actions keep people safe.
- Setting examples in safety and quality, because that's how we keep our solid reputation.
Requirements:
We're all about the right mindset here. If you're someone who values professionalism, can communicate well and treat people with respect then you're already ticking our boxes.
- Previous experience in traffic management is not essential but is desired
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Traffic Management qualifications desired but not essential e.g. Unit 2, M1, M2, M5, M6, 12ab
