Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Property Investment Consultant at Stockbrook Capital in Cirencester. As a Property Investment Consultant, you will be responsible for introducing sophisticated HNW and UHNW investors to our property investment portfolio and exclusive real estate developments. You will work closely with clients to understand their investment goals and provide tailored investment strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to identify investment opportunities, conduct financial analyses, and provide expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and providing tailored advice.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and trends.
  • Investment Strategy: Develop and implement effective investment strategies to maximise returns for clients.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of client portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to investment strategies.
  • Due Diligence: Perform detailed due diligence on potential investment properties, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive investment reports and present findings to clients and senior management.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including real estate agents, developers, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: A bachelor's/master's degree in finance or professional certification is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in property investment, real estate consultancy, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a thorough understanding of the property market.
  • Attributes: Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
