Precision Tube & Laser Ltd (PTL Ltd) is a precision metal manufacturing company working across many sectors within the UK. A modern company with forward thinking practices and approaches to staff and technology.

Due to continued investment and expansion, we are now looking for a Press Brake Operator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Press Brake / Laser background.

Job description

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year experience in the operation of Press Brakes (Bystronic). They must be able to work to CAD drawings, able to work to tight schedules and be a team player with a strong work ethic. A forklift license would also be advantageous but not essential. An excellent renumeration package will be offered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating Bystronic Press Brake
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Basic maintenance of the press brake
• Adhering to safe working practices
• Meeting production output and deadlines
• Self-disciplined and ability to manage workload effectively
