Job Responsibility:

Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of nursery staff members- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs- Monitor and assess the development and progress of each child- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's daily activities and progress- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment

Experience:- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting- Knowledge of child development principles and practices- Familiarity with health, safety, and licensing regulations for nurseries- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Pay: £17,403.24-£25,320.91 per year
