We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Vehicle Service Receptionist to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, of smart appearance and have a friendly personality to work within our Service Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, must be computer literate, Full, Clean Driving Licence essential

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle
• Accurate completion of all paperwork
• Contacting customers with a progress update and advise of any extra work needed
• Liaising with other members of staff
• Invoicing work carried out
• Explaining the invoice and taking payment
• Ensure all warranty paperwork is correctly completed
• Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
• Answering the telephone and re-directing calls

Hours of work are: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour
