About Us

We partner with multiple sites featuring fantastic facilities, all dedicated to providing exceptional care to children with diverse needs, including Autism, non-verbal communication, and other special requirements.

The Role

As a Relief Children's Support Worker, you'll have the flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis within our partnered residential homes. Your role will involve providing care and support to children of varying ages and abilities in a nurturing environment. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team of educators and professionals, you'll assist with daily activities, offer emotional support, and help create a safe and supportive atmosphere where children can thrive.

  • Start Date: ASAP (flexible, we are happy to wait for notice periods)

We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to working with children and making a positive difference in their lives. Essential qualities for this role include empathy, resilience, and patience, as you'll be supporting children with complex needs.
