Job Responsibility:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist within the Liaison Psychiatry based at Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham. The post holder will provide a high level, efficient, comprehensive, and confidential admin support service to the Liaison Psychiatry Team within Mental Health Services for Older People in Nottinghamshire. The role requires an individual who has a flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritise. This will include maintaining patient related records/databases, making appointments, and meeting and greeting patients. To work within the Outpatients Department at Queens Medical Centre supporting patients attending their appointments. You will be expected to work as part of an administrative team supporting the full MDT. To undertake office duties including diary management and message management, opening and distributing mail, operation of patient information systems, dealing with telephone calls and enquiries, production of documents, typing and photocopying, collating of documents and electronic filing as well as general administration support services Nottinghamshire Healthcare employs over 10,000 colleagues who help #MakeADifference every day.
