Job Responsibility:

Overview of the Role

Working in a team supporting our serviced residence business, you will aim to maximise overall revenue and market share through development and implementation of effective inventory, distribution, and pricing strategies, based on demand trends and competitor analysis.

Reporting to the Area Revenue Manager, you will cover multiple sites (multi-sites) to actively drive market share and revenue performance with data driven decisions and analytic tools.

The successful applicant will exude an energetic professionalism, who is motivated and inspired to tackle topics in a busy work environment and promoting a winning mindset.

This role is Scotland based.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides accurate profitability analysis
  • Works with the Residence Managers, Area/Regional Management and the Sales team to develop overall and individual pricing strategies, using all relevant market segments and distribution channels
  • Proactively initiates appropriate and timely promotions and marketing actions, particularly during low business periods
  • Supports the Sales team on the validation of corporate transient negotiated rates and group pricing
  • Coordinate and supports with inventory and pricing strategies in all distribution channels (branded web, 3rd party sites, CRO, GDS) to ensure their optimisation.

Requirements to be successful in this role

  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role, with a hospitality background
  • Proficient with RMS system ( Ideas G3 preferred ), MS Office & BI tools
  • Meticulous eye for detail, along with systematic and methodical working practises
  • Professional acumen with ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders
  • Creativity and confidence to find solutions to everyday challenges
