Norton Canes- Housekeeper / Receptionist - Days Inn

Ed, our Site Director at Norton Canes Services on the M6 Toll road near Cannock is looking for a seasonal Housekeeper / Receptionist to join his Hotel team.

As a member of the team you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, this includes ensuring our guests' bedrooms and public areas are serviced in a timely manner, cover our reception area welcoming guests and taking them through a smooth and friendly check in process.

Joining the team will give you the opportunity to provide our customers with the best night's sleep in a sparkling clean and comfortable room helping them refresh for their onward journey while ensuring everystep of their stay with us is the best it can be.

We offer working patterns on either a full or part time basis, with a variety of shifts available. To comply with legislation you must be over 18 years old as you will be a lone worker.

What experience do I need?
