Job Responsibility:

We are now looking for a talented Events Manager to take on responsibility for managing and leading the team in the Conference and Banqueting centre at The Three Swans Hotel, Market Harborough.

From finalising details for weddings, functions and events with the event holder, organising the staffing and food and drink requirements , to the running order on the day . This role will be the key link within the events activity that plans, organises and delivers for our guests. Working closely with the Sales Manager, who secures the bookings, and the General Manager you will be on the operational floor running these events. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage and you will certainly need to be able to demonstrate your skills of people management , planning and organisation and managing food & beverage operations. Previous experience in management is also desirable. Working 5 days out of 7 this role will involve evenings and weekends and working time will vary according to event bookings.
