How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Our Apprenticeship programme offers the opportunity for both face-to-face and virtual training to learn the skills and knowledge required for the role. You'll pick up the ropes from a role model who you will shadow and work with for the duration of your apprenticeship. As an Apprentice with us you'll be fully supported to achieve a nationally recognised qualification by the end of apprenticeship with Air Liquide. You will attend college which is funded by the business and the remainder of the time you will be fully supported by an experienced member of the team, learning all about how we deliver outstanding service, making you an expert in your field. We'll also assign you a buddy and assessor to guide you through your day-to-day tasks. We are recruiting for a Indoor Market Specialist to support the wider sales teams based in Coleshill.
- Be responsible for a Sales Target and work with sales KPIs in order to achieve the Target (New Business).
- Successfully manage a defined portfolio of customer accounts, resolve customer queries (in conjunction with other internal departments) and proactively seek additional business development opportunities within the portfolio (Base Business Development).
- Proactively source and create a sales pipeline, taking guidance from the Sales Manager, Market Unit Manager and Offer Deployers in respect of geographical target area and working in line with the company strategy.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team and / or other areas of the business where appropriate in order to ensure that the needs of the customer are always served by ALUK in the best possible way.
- Where required, work alongside the Supply Chain team in order to proactively provide information to customers (both within and outside of a defined portfolio).
- Prepare and distribute daily / weekly / monthly / adhoc customer reports.
- Maintain customer information in CRM software (Salesforce).
- Present monthly progress reports for review around the business.
