What role will you play?

A new opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join as an HR Business Partner in our London office supporting our Asset Management Group. You will play an important part in enabling Macquarie Asset Management to invest to deliver positive impact for everyone.

In this role, you will be the partner to the Credit and Equities & Multi Assets business in the region, alongside providing support to our wider Macquarie Asset Management Group, both regionally and globally. You will act as an advisor, influencing stakeholders to identify, prioritise and implement HR solutions and programs that support and drive superior business outcomes.

As part of the Macquarie Asset Management business aligned HR team, you will be responsible for the delivery of an ambitious people agenda that is aligned with the broader commercial strategy. This role will encompass a diverse range of activities and utilize your experience across all elements of the employee life cycle, including performance, reward, talent management and succession planning.

As a member of a global HR team, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects. Therefore, a strong competence in project management and ability to prioritise and execute is an important element of the role.

This is a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, you will have the ability to quickly build strong business relationships, to establish a high level of credibility, and leverage internal and external resources to deliver.
