Reporting to the VP Lifecycle Marketing, you will be responsible for contributing towards the strategy, roadmap and implementation of the global lifecycle strategy at Tradu. The main responsibilities of the role will include prioritising all workstreams within a trackable roadmap, partnering on strategies and solutions for complex projects and mentoring/upskilling the wider team to ensure we are keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do. You will be tasked with transforming the way in which the business thinks and treats customer engagement- you will be a multi-channel ambassador working hard to consult on improving customer touchpoints, channel usage, data driven decisions and new integrations. You will be naturally analytical, ensuring a high level of testing and commercial reporting across all campaigns. This role will require passion, drive and team collaboration. We have just launched Tradu and have big ambitions, if this excites you, read on! Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate customer mapping workshops, driving team collaboration, clear next steps and overarching view of planned journeys.
  • Mentor and develop the Associate team ensuring processes and training are in place to foster a self-service proactive ecosystem (end to end campaign management, confidence in building segments and QA fulfilment)
  • Working with the VP Lifecycle marketing, define and develop our customer lifecycle strategy, developing quarterly roadmaps that clearly articulate plans/priorities/team capacity/agency projects that can be shared across the business
  • Be a key stakeholder into the strategy of mulit-channel
  • Drive automation through all ways of working across the customer journey- saving man hours/tooling costs throughout the business
  • Clearly articulate data, API, tech integrations and requirements needed to allow for deeper segmentation and personalisation (this includes dynamic content and content management partners)
  • Manage the campaign calendar across the business, setting up a robust Jira process that can track all requests, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customers are receiving the best communications
  • Drive reporting initiatives- collaboratively building out KPI's and milestones with VP/SVP and Data Science that can be tracked and reported against
  • Be a customer engagement ambassador- demonstrating our values and mission across the business
  • Owning the QA process- continuously reviewing and refining for the team to ensure we are compliant at all times
  • Become a product expert- a key advocate of customer engagement, you will create opportunities for the team (workshops/demos etc) to continuously learn and become a specialist of all areas of Tradu to ensure our marketing is best in class and representative of our offering.
  • One single customer view- drive the migration of all customer touchpoints into Braze across the business
  • Implement a data-driven customer segmentation plan to improve customer engagement and increase lifetime value.
  • Implement a continuous test-and-learn approach to our customer lifecycle to optimise performance of our campaigns and gain valuable insights, sharing with the wider business.
  • Closely collaborate with the sales, commercial and marketing/product teams to educate, excite and inform customers and prospects about Tradu.
  • In partnership with other teams, manage the successful growth and improvements of key channels such as NPS score, Trustpilot.

  • Passionate about experimentation & dynamic content
  • Highly customer-focused with an excellent understanding of marketing principles
  • Experience using different marketing channels (i.e. email, push notifications, rich inbox etc)
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent with time management and ability to multitask
  • Self-starter that can take the initiative & be proactive
  • Data focused and ROI driven
  • Confident in communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders across the business
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday. All Stratos Market Limited employees must be eligible to work in United Kingdom.
