We are tasked with building future revenue streams around our core telco capabilities in areas like IoT connectivity and solutions, Mobile Private Networks, and Network-as-a-Service products. The Partner Program Manager owns the creation and execution of the operational mechanisms to enable Division X to successfully execute across the innovation value chain through new partner programs (Idea generation/capture, conversion to reality, diffusion into the market). You will define the processes of engagement with new and existing partners across Business and Networks, owning prioritisation and risk management for the work we undertake with partners. This role is focussed on long-term, strategic outcomes and will define, formulate, and oversee multiple interconnected projects that align with the Division X vision and mission. This role is part of the newly created Planning & Delivery team within Division X which is responsible for the implementation of Agile processes focused on product planning, development and delivery and establishing governance across cross-functional teams. What you'll be doing
  • Collaborates across segments, product, solutions & procurement teams to gather requirements for Programs.
  • Leads programme level coordination, such as creating timelines, milestones, and cadence of increments and releases, and oversee the development of reports and analyses that document programme activity.
  • Manages the partner backlog, release cycle and sequencing of work of an Agile Release Train (ART) that is jointly defined with partners.
  • Works closely with Technical Business Development, Commercial, Finance and Legal to ideate, create and define new operating models for partner GTM programs.
  • Identifies, defines, and manages programs such as incentives, MDF, reseller agreements, alliances, and other partner engagement models.
  • Supports communications to partners via portals, newsletters, social channels etc.
  • Develops, writes, and publishes playbooks to help partner development.
  • Defines innovative new partner operating and commercial models with commercial, sales, and operations teams.
  • Creates timelines, milestones, and cadences across multiple partner program initiatives and product increments, developing reports and analyses to document and inform on program activity.
  • Establishes and tracks metrics of the programs, running quarterly compliance and business updates with the Senior Manager, Planning and Delivery
  • Embraces Agile capability uplift through working with Scrum masters, across the team and broader BT (e.g. training, custom workshops, coaching, mentoring, value stream analysis, etc.)
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in managing complex programs or projects.
  • Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Track record of defining and implementing data-driven process improvement initiatives.
  • Expertise in establishing program requirements and using data and metrics for iterative enhancements.
  • Proven ability in driving end-to-end delivery and reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in process enhancements.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, interacting with multiple stakeholders across various levels.
  • Experience in constructing processes, managing projects, and developing schedules.
