Fords of Winsford is the Northwest's largest independent used car supersite located at Weaver Valley Road Winsford Cheshire, CW7 3AL.

We have been successfully providing used and nearly new cars for 65years, we are known for amazing prices, with thousands of cars for sale and our hassle-free customer experience.

As part of our ongoing growth strategy, we are now looking for pro-active professional customer support agents, like you to join our successful team.

This exciting role is all about you and your excellence in customer service and providing customer support to enhance their experience when looking for their new car.

The role will involve meeting and greeting customers, taking them for test drives, rapport building to help them with their new car purchase and supporting the sales team.

Person Specification:

Essential:

Experience:

• Face to face customer service
• Spending quality time with customers.
• Good at listening to customers desires and helping them to fulfil them.

Qualifications:

• Full UK driving licence.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Computer literate
