We're looking for a P&C Intern to join our iconic People & Culture team.

As a P&C Intern at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
- The P&C intern is responsible for, but not limited to supporting the P&C team with CV screening and distribution and ensuring job adverts are maintained
- This role will liaise with candidates, booking interviews and ensuring our candidates receive an excellent recruitment experience
- You will undertake administration relating to the full employee life cycle, including but not limited to preparing offer letters, contracts and new starter paperwork, completing references and right to work checks.
- Providing support to P&C team on projects and ad-hoc office tasks
- Support the organisation and implementation of hotel wide engagement initiatives
As an P&C Intern, you will be working Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week. Your working hours will mainly be 9am to 5:30pm however your are expected to assist with colleague engagement and onboarding activities which might take place outside of these days and hours.
To be a successful P&C Intern candidate, you will be looking to start your career in HR, have a passion for people and hospitality and be highly organised.
Previous experience within hospitality is advantageous and excellent written and verbal communication is required.
