Supporting the General Manager as follows;

• Actively manage clients leads that include a large, pre-existing customer base

Reservations & Events Manager Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must have stellar verbal communication skills
• At least one year of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Exceptional poise handling customer and client relations
• Attention to detail when communicating and managing your workload
• The ability to build long term rapport with our client base
