Job Description :

Job Summary:We are seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee and support our team of home care workers in providing high-quality care services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a drive for excellence and possess strong communication skills to ensure effective coordination within the care home setting.

Duties:- Supervise and guide home care workers in delivering personalised care plans to residents- Conduct regular visits to clients’ homes to assess service quality and compliance with care plans- Provide training and support to staff on care procedures, health and safety regulations, and client communication- Monitor and maintain accurate records of care provided, ensuring documentation is up-to-date- Collaborate with the management team to address any issues or concerns raised by clients or staff- Utilise IT systems effectively for scheduling, reporting, and communication purposes

Requirements:- Previous experience in a similar role within the care sector- Proficient in English, both written and verbal- Strong IT skills for data entry and report generation- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with staff, clients, and management- A compassionate approach towards caring for vulnerable individuals
