We are looking for a Customer Order Apprentice to join our UK&I Order Management Team in Guildford.

You'll be a part of our UK&I Order Management Team, based in our Guildford office. As a Customer Order Apprentice, you will act as the primary point of contact for managing orders, playing a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our valued customer base. Your ability to build strong relationships with our customers through effective communication, including but not limited to via phone and emails, alongside strong problem-solving skills will be key to winning continued business.

As a member of our team, you will be dedicated to upholding our commitment to excellence and providing an unparalleled customer experience.

As an Apprentice, you will also be enrolled with a local College/University and given day-release to complete your apprenticeship. The course will be specific to you.

During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to:

• Responsible for driving through and managing all aspects of the customer order lifecycle.

• Answer incoming inquiries as the face of the organization and the voice of our brand.

• Ensure data accuracy and proactive driving of continuous improvement across the organization.

• Report running to maintain consistent service levels to internal and external stakeholders.

• Work with a team of awesome individuals!

What you'll need

• Interested and open to learning about customer service-related topics and tasks.

• Positive and professional attitude, able to empathize with colleagues and customers to create a positive experience.

• Excels in a team environment; sharing knowledge and resources, to contribute to an upbeat and encouraging team culture.

• Detail-oriented approach with accuracy and attention to accuracy.

• An excellent & confident communicator.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office is required.

• Satisfactory GCSE (English and Maths included) & A Level attainment.

• Resident in England and able to be based in the Guildford office.

• Between the age of 16 plus.

What happens once you complete the apprenticeship?

Most of our Apprentices are offered a role at Signify having successfully demonstrated the appropriate skills and behaviour for effective performance. Alternatively, there are opportunities for Higher-Level Apprenticeships which can be topped up further to full degree level.
