Job Responsibility:

This is a Content Creator Apprenticeship role within the Marketing Department at Banyan Jewellery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience in content creation, social media management, and marketing while working alongside a supportive and fun team. The successful candidate will complete a formal apprenticeship program while contributing to the company's marketing efforts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Content Creation:

• Design, create, and archive original images, videos, and copy for online and social media channels.
• Capture high-quality product photos and videos of our beautiful jewellery.
• Develop and create editorial-style content showcasing our products.
• Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

· Social Media Management:

• Assist with social media content creation and management for Banyan Jewellery.
• Develop and implement engaging social media outreach strategies to grow our audience.

· Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with brand goals.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

· Learning and Development:

• Actively participate in the apprenticeship program to gain relevant qualifications in content creation (ST0105 Content Creator Level 3).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

• Passion for content creation and a strong eye for detail.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Minimum of a GCSE (Level 4) in Math and English.
• Enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy (experience with Microsoft Office Suite).

Preferred:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in graphic design or video editing software (a plus with Adobe suite, Photoshop etc).
• Experience with online marketing principles (SEO, social media marketing)
