Job Summary TYLin's and Introba's Talent Attraction Team is seeking a Strategic Talent Business Partner to join their team in our London office. This position is responsible for facilitating the sourcing and hiring of candidates and must be a talent attraction champion capable of creating a unique experience for candidates and internal clients. Responsibilities & Qualifications What you'll contribute here:
  • Partner with local hiring managers, Global Talent Attraction team, and within our Global Infrastructure (GI) attracting and retaining the best talent for our open positions.
  • Drive the hiring process, establishing innovative sourcing best practices with appropriate staff to facilitate smooth, timely requisitions and postings.
  • Create the opportunity for strategic talent acquisition decisions.
  • Maintain current market research on the sectors in which GI operates.
  • Directly assess and solve challenging searches and engage in effective recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets.
  • Coach the internal client to push for extraordinary talent without compromise.
  • Strategize and source candidates from various resources to build stronger candidate pipeline in alignment with the Diversity Hiring Initiative for local and global opportunities (U.S., U.K. and Canada)
  • Promote transparency in the TA process by ensuring a regular schedule of internal client updates and reporting.
  • Promote a collaborative culture with clear performance expectations.
  • Implement hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Passion for people and talent attraction, along with an understanding of talent pipelines, branding, and the full life recruiting life cycle.
  • Initiative, enthusiasm, humility, resiliency, and a desire to make a meaningful contribution.
  • Collaboration, innovation, integrity with client and candidate focus.
  • Ability to demonstrate how you bring to life the fundamentals of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion - Show us how you do this, and the impact it has had.
  • Experience hiring within the UK AEC Markets.
  • Proficiency in applicable technology such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5+ years recruiting experience, agency recruiting preferred.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience essential.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Strong understanding of standard HR practices and current fair employment practices.
  • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
  • Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges.
  • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
  • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
