Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Job Summary: You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day logistics operations of our company. Your primary duties will include coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. You will report to the Logistics Manager in London. There will communications with our USA warehouse staff and external logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesKey Responsibilities:- Placing orders, creating Purchase Orders, liaising with processing teams to maintain the order schedule
- Communicate with Account Managers regarding orders that are ready or in production
- Communicate with Freight agent and shipping companies for getting delivery quotes and organise the shipping process
- Arranging deliveries with shipping agents and liaising with installers to co-ordinate collections or drop offs
- Maintaining proper documentation and storage of information of all goods delivered and orders installed
Qualifications:- University Degree (preferably related to Logistics)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or luxury brand
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent spoken and written English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and XERO (or similar software)
- Preferably experience using a CRM
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
