Job Role:

We have an exciting opportunity here at Waddle Insurance to join our team in a fast paced and dynamic insurance company. You will be playing a crucial role in driving the growth of our digital marketing strategies and working collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure business growth. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing and optimising our digital marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing various digital channels, creating engaging content, analysing performance metrics, and supporting the overall digital strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create, edit, and publish digital content, including, emails, social media posts, and website updates.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data analysis.
• Monitor and analyse website traffic and social media metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve performance.
• Monitor website analytics and provide insights to optimise performance
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including performance tracking.
• Assist with SEO and SEM efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and pay-per-click campaigns.
• Support the management of online advertising campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, suggesting new ways to enhance our digital presence.

Qualifications:

• Degree or experience in relevant field is preferred.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, email marketing, Excel and online advertising.
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer behaviour in the digital space.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce engaging content.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
