About The Role

People Service Project Coordinator – 12m FTC with a view to extend to a possible of 2 yearsAssessment Day:We will be holding an assessment day for these hires, on: Thursday 27th and Friday 28th June in our newly refurbished offices in Nottingham – Please ensure you are free for one of these dates before you apply.These will be full days from 10:00 – 15:30 on both days, but we only require you to attend one day. More information to follow on selectionBusiness and Job details below: We are looking to hire in our People Services & Operations Project team (HR). We are looking for People Service Project Coordinators who will be involved in an integral company-wide project aimed at enhancing organisational effectiveness through agile ways of working. For Our Project Coordinators, as a dedicated resource for People Operations Projects department, you will be an asset to our projects team, people team colleagues and importantly our people. Your role will involve providing crucial support to the business and our employees by ensuring the prompt and accurate execution of first-line transactional People tasks as well as outputs from the project delivered by the Global People Services Manger. Please see below some examples of what you will be responsible for: What you will do

• Utilize the HR case management system for efficient tracking and resolution of people-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Ensure strict adherence to People policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Actively participate in identifying and suggesting improvements for processes within the People Services and Operations team, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our projects.
• Stay Informed on HR Best Practices: Keep up-to-date with changes in HR regulations and best practices, integrating relevant updates into project work and overall team processes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Take advantage of quieter periods to focus on personal development and better integration into the PS&O team, working on projects that enhance your skills and support team goals.
• Step into other related work duties as directed by PS&O management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the broader objectives of the team.
• Provide real-time support and information to employees and managers, facilitating smooth communication and efficient resolution of project-related inquiries.

Who you areKnowledge:

• You need to have functional knowledge of HR employee lifecycle.
• You need to have experience in customer experience.

Experience:

• You need to have completed a college or university degree or have equivalent work experience.
• You need to have experience of working in a HR Operations/HR Shared Services, or Customer Service/Service Delivery role, dealing with simple to complex queries and requests, providing resolution within service level expectations.
• Experience of workflow and case management systems is an advantage.
• Ideally have experience in implementing simple to moderate continuous improvement initiatives.
• You need to have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• You need to have the ability to work as part of a proactive team & on your initiative.
• You need to be able to proactively search for knowledge information, when needed, to provide resolution to employee queries or requests.
• You need to be able to deal with complex queries and cases, providing resolution/advice within service level expectations, and coach teammates when needed.

• If you have worked on a HR related project, that would be ideal
