Property Services Management Trainee Programme x3
Salary (depending on entry level qualifications):£27,241 to £29,410 or £33,113 to £35,287 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Office based and out in the community
Job Type: Fixed term contract to match the length of study required
Overview:
Join our team as a Management Trainee and earn while you learn through our structured development programme, gaining hands-on experience whilst engaged in study leading to either a HNC in Building Studies or a Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying. You'll support real projects, work in customers' homes, and attend college, university or a training provider on a day or block release basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist with the provision of the full range of asset management, compliance management, quantity surveying, and procurement, in conjunction with colleagues.
About you:
- Do you have a desire and willingness to work in a customer focused environment, putting our customers at the heart of everything you do?
- Are you well organised, flexible, committed, and able to use own time effectively to complete the work on schedule?
- Can you demonstrate effective communication skills?
Have you gained:
Either
- GSCE in Mathematics and English Language to at least Grade C/4+ AND either a minimum Grade E at A-level or BTEC National Award Grade P, or equivalent?
Or
- HNC in a related discipline or 96 UCAS points with A-level Grades CCC / BCD, or BTEC L3 Extended Diploma or equivalent?
