We are seeking a dedicated Property Assistant to join our team in managing properties and cclients needs in the local area. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

the candidate will be required to

- Provide administrative support to the property management and sales team

- Assist in upselling additional services to clients

- Maintain accurate records of property maintenance and repairs

- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is desirable but not essential

- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service

- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Pay: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
