Job Responsibility:
We are currently recruiting Support Workers on behalf of the Local Authority who are seeking compassionate and reliable Children's Support workers to join their team and provide high-quality care and support to young people across West Wales. As a support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of care and support services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different clients and environments.
Requirements:
· At least 6 months previous experience as a Support Worker or in a related field
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Flexibility and adaptability
