Job Responsibility:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Play Worker to join our after school club in Muirhead, Angus, located near Dundee. The ideal candidate must have a Level 2 National Certificate (NC) for Children or Young People and a passion for engaging and supporting children in a fun and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a range of play activities for children attending the after school club- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in your care.
- Encourage and support children's social, emotional, and physical development- Engage with parents and guardians to provide feedback on children's activities and progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area for children to enjoy.
Requirements:
- Level 2 National Certificate (NC) for Children or Young People.
- Previous experience working with children in a play or childcare setting.
- Enthusiasm for creating engaging and interactive play opportunities for children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Location: Muirhead, Angus (Near Dundee)
