Job Responsibility:

Overview:We are currently seeking an Associate to join our team in a hotel setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various hotel operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Welcome and check-in guests, providing excellent customer service- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and lobby- Support in handling reservations and bookings- Assist in serving food and beverages in the hotel restaurant or bar- Help with luggage handling and room service when required

Qualifications:- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: £8.54-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
