ABOUT THE ROLE Job Description

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Trade Spend Analyst position lies within the UK Finance function.

You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into the Trade Investment team, working closely with Sales. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.

Your primary responsibility will be working closely within the Sales Team to ensure every penny of our Trade Investment is accounted for in the forecast & reconciled in the actuals. You're constantly looking for improvement activities to understand and control our Commercial Balance Sheet for a large set of customers.

In brief, you will be responsible for;

  • Owning and managing the Commercial Balance Sheet
  • Partnering with the Sales Teams to ensure our Forecasting system is accurate with product pricing & promotions
  • Providing visibility in all Balance Sheet movements and variances
  • Ensuring Trade accruals are accurate & understood at period end
  • Identifying issues in Customer deductions and support in resolution

Qualifications Hard Skills

  • Minimum qualification Bachelor's University degree
  • Prior experience in a Commercial Finance Administration role would be advantageous
  • A good level of IT literacy is essential, including experience of Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Explorer
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills (you'll need to create V-lookups and pivot tables) are extremely valuable
  • Prior experience of SAP would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English is essential
