Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Lead the Insight team, ensuring capabilities now and for the future. Grow and nurture the team through coaching, training and recruitment. Develop a culture of learning, empowerment, experimentation and collaboration.
- Influence and build support for the value and purpose of Insight to the business, driving greater commitment to and investment in Insight outcomes, engaging and collaborating with all key board members and divisions.
- Build an Insight “partnerships” model, being fully immersed in objectives and performance measurement, translating their ambitions and goals into insight challenges and deliver on those to influence decision making.
- Grow the use and benefit of Insight tools within B&Q, establishing relationships with all key leadership teams and categories, to deliver commercial and customer KPI growth. Bring Customer data and needs to the forefront of everyday thinking.
- Provide the insight from all direct customer inputs (NPS, VOC, reviews, social, CMC contacts) and work with the Head of Customer Experience to distil this into actionable plans for the business. Evaluate our customer satisfaction measurement process and narrative to ensure it's fit for purpose.
