Responsibilities:
- Diving into the trenches to give those kiddos with SEND the support they need.
- Team up with the teachers to whip up some killer Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and keep those behaviour management strategies on point.
- Get creative and adapt lesson materials to suit the unique needs of our SEND superstars.
- Spread the love and create an inclusive, supportive vibe in the classroom.
Requirements:
- Got some experience working with children or young people? That's what we're talking about!
- Maybe experience as a support worker, youth worker, or within care.
- Whether you've worked as a camp counsellor, volunteered at a youth centre, or rocked it as a childcare assistant, we want to see that you've got experience working with kids.
- A knack for communication and building relationships.
- A burning passion for helping these special kiddos shine.
