A key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through effective campaign management. The Campaigns executive will develop and execute targeted direct response campaigns, manage affiliate relationships, and optimise performance to meet business objectives. This role will report to the Campaigns Lead and work closely alongside the Digital Marketing Specialist to align and deliver successful acquisition campaigns.

What you will do:

  • Direct Marketing management: Develop, implement & optimise data-driven direct marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Affiliate & Community hub management: Working closely with affiliate partners and the community team to nurture relationships and develop a plan aimed at expanding the network and driving new customer acquisition.
  • Campaign development and execution: Create compelling and targeted direct & digital marketing campaigns to reach specific customer segments. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop assets that align with campaign objectives.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimisation strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Performance analysis and reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and affiliate programmes. Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve business goals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Budget management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and continuously evaluate the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments as needed.

  • 2-5 years in Marketing, with experience working within an agency or B2C environment
  • Experience managing direct response and affiliate campaigns is preferable but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • A confident collaborator, with excellent project management skills
  • Great negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent expertise
