Employment basis: self-employed long term project

Start date: August 2024

Location: London

Wage: Dependent on experience

Working day: 8 hour day shift (Monday - Friday)

Requirements

• Own tools
• Ability to commute to above location (no vehicle is provided)
• CSCS card
• At least 8 years experience in the property maintenance and general building
• Tiling experience
• Carpentry experience
• Basic plumbing skills
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting experience
• General multi-trade works, including tiling, decorating and making good.
• Pro-active and able to problem solve

We are looking for somebody who is confident working in a team and sometimes by themselves, that shows good initiative and offers a high quality finish to their work. Someone who is able to effectively communicate and liaise with clients and colleagues alike.

We are looking for individuals who have experience in kitchen and bathroom fitting such as void projects, General building knowledge and skills in multiple trades, PPM experience for social housing projects and have good understanding of H&S procedures

We are looking to add to our ever growing team to facilitate our existing contracts and offer a path to grow with our team.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Freelance

Pay: £170.00-£190.00 per day
