Job Responsibility:

Woodlands Care Home is looking to appoint a Wellbeing Lead.

This is the first luxury care home which has been built in Aberdeen for 10 years, offering Residential, Nursing & Dementia care for 81-residents.

As Wellbeing Lead, you will develop strong relationships with our residents, finding out their interests and life stories, enabling you to plan, organise, and facilitate group activities, one-to-one sessions, so that they enjoy regular and meaningful activities.

Wellbeing Lead Contract

£15.00 per hour.

Contracted to 40-hours per week.

Pension.

5.6 weeks annual leave.

Uniform provided.

PVG

Onsite parking.

Duties / ResponsibilitiesReporting into Home Manager

Line manage Activities Team.

Ensure planned activities are supported by adequate evidence base.

Undertake activity assessments and support the wellbeing and activity team to be able to access the resources to do so.

Liaise with community groups.

Manage care home wellbeing and activity expenditure.
