We have an exciting opportunity within our Supported Living Team as a Supported Living Officer.

Reporting to the Supported Living Manager you will liaise with Partners, referral agents and local authorities and follow our policies and procedures co-ordinating the management, allocation and letting of properties within our supported schemes.

You will monitor the performance of managing agents and supported providers, in line with agreements in place. Ensuring income maximisation, safeguarding procedures, and compliance and that. Ensuring all schemes are adhering to a good standard of Health and Safety completing regular Health and Safety checks. You will ensure void properties are re-allocated in line with our policies and procedures and agreed timescales though effective communication skills you will control rent arrears to ensure income maximisation.

What we are looking for;

  • Good standard of general education with minimum of 5 GCSEs, or equivalent at Grade C or above, including GCSE's in Maths and English

  • Experience working in supported/housing management engaging with tenants with various levels of ability

  • Experience in successful working with other agencies

  • Understanding of Landlord/tenant/support - care providers and managing agents' relationships and responsibilities

  • Customer focused and a desire to provide services to a high standard

You will be required to attend our schemes across the northwest therefore a valid driving licence will be required.
