Do you have the skills and experience to help children, young people and families change their lives for the better? Do you want to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, as part of our dedicated, skilled and friendly team? If so, have you got what it takes to be an Early Help Practitioner in Darlington? Working in our Building Stronger Families Service, you will support a caseload of families to build on their strengths and help them overcome issues before they reach the level of requiring specialist or statutory intervention. We are looking to recruit a practitioner with 2 years or more experience of working with families, who is comfortable in direct work as well as delivering group support to children, young people and their parents. This role offers a flexible, blended approach to home and office working. Additionally other benefits of working for Darlington Council include;
