Our ICT and Digital Innovation team plays a crucial role in enabling these services through strategic leadership, innovative solutions, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our change management resources, business partnering resource, governance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic ICT and Digital Programme Delivery
- Business Relationship Management
- Ensure compliance with statutory duties and council policies
- Promote positive cultural change and a 'One Council' approach
- Manage financial, human, and physical resources effectively.
- Lead on Service Business Continuity Planning
Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have
- Extensive experience in ICT and digital innovation leadership roles.
- Strong strategic planning and programme management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing ICT strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong financial management and budgetary control skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
