We are currently looking for a talented Chef to join our team of culinary professionals. As a Curry Chef at Chor Bazaarr Restaurants, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional dishes that captivate our guests' palates and elevate their dining experience. You will work in a collaborative environment that values creativity, precision, and dedication to culinary excellence.

*Responsibilities*

- Lead and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking activities

- Ensure adherence to high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment following food safety guidelines

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items and specials

- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs

- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on culinary techniques and best practices

- Uphold hospitality standards by providing exceptional service to guests

- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the kitchen team

*Requirements*

- Proven experience in a Chef or similar role within the restaurant industry

- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration

- Proficiency in food safety practices and culinary techniques

- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences

- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
