As part of the implementation we are looking for we are looking for exceptional people to join our expanding ESNEFT Laboratory IT Team. As a Lab IT Clinical Applications Analyst you will support and develop the Pathology IT systems within ESNEFT. You will be part of the Laboratory IT team to providing day to day support of Pathology IT systems and supporting key Pathology IT projects including the LIMS implementation and EPR projects. If you are passionate about patient care and want to develop your skills and knowledge in Pathology IT applications, then we are keen to hear from you. You will be based at an ESNEFT site in either Ipswich or Colchester and will be expected to travel to all Trust sites as and when required. Depending on the project you may be required to attend designated locations on regular days to work alongside the supplier and other team's members. You will be required to participate in relevant training and achieve certification/competence. You will be responsible for the maintenance and support of Clinical applications and associated documentation. Assist with the development and maintenance of appropriate policies and strategies to ensure the effective use of the designated system(s) for which you are responsible. You will provide advice and guidance on specific issues including: system usage, proposed improvements, training, & interfaces to other Trust systems. You will provide other ICT Teams with advice and guidance on the usage of the designated system(s) for which you are responsible including proof-reading and verifying training. You will respond to and resolve support calls raised on the ICT Service Desk. Share the responsibility to enhance the Clinical Applications with Clinical Informatics and Training teams We are ESNEFT and we provide hospital and community health services to almost one million people across east Suffolk and north Essex.
