About the HR Advisor role
- Salary up to £32,500
- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR support and advice to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
Employee Relations:
- Provide advice and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, attendance management, and disciplinary and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with current employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
- Support hiring managers in the creation of new job role profiles
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks
- Conduct Company Inductions to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the Company
Compliance
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
What we are looking for:
- A collaborative people person, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- CIPD level 7 or minimum 3 years of experience working in a HR advisory and recruitment role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365
- Strong ER background with experience handling complex cases.
- Experience in delivering the full life-cycle recruitment using creative attraction techniques.
- Proficient in using job social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, motivate and develop relationships with senior stakeholders.
