About the HR Advisor role

  • Salary up to £32,500
  • Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR support and advice to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide advice and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, attendance management, and disciplinary and grievances.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures comply with current employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Recruitment

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
  • Support hiring managers in the creation of new job role profiles
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks
  • Conduct Company Inductions to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the Company

Compliance

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

What we are looking for:

  • A collaborative people person, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • CIPD level 7 or minimum 3 years of experience working in a HR advisory and recruitment role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong ER background with experience handling complex cases.
  • Experience in delivering the full life-cycle recruitment using creative attraction techniques.
  • Proficient in using job social media management for recruitment purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, motivate and develop relationships with senior stakeholders.
