As a small Regulatory Reporting team of 9, it's key that you can work on different reports over time while developing processes and work on various internal and external changes. While the role has responsibility for some reporting, it also requires a reporting improvement mindset and skills to help strengthen the wider team's reporting capability through process change.
Our recruitment process: Interviewing is a two way process and we want you to have the time and opportunity to get to know us, as much as we are getting to know you! Our interviews are conversational and we want to get the best from you, so come with questions and be curious. Following your application being reviewed, you can expect the below following an initial call with one of our Talent Acquisition team: Stage 1 - Interview with Head of Group Regulatory Reporting Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the monthly Bank of England reporting
- Support wider Regulatory Reporting including CoREP, PRA110 and Pillar 3. Also wider activity, for example, ICAAP and ILAAP as required
- Develop the Bank of England reporting and help drive improvements to the wider processes through process automation, simplification and enhancement
- Engage with stakeholders to optimise information provided to the team
- Create and present reporting MI to support review, approval and submission of information
- Consider risks and controls and manage the relevant reporting
- Support regulatory change of the regulatory system through testing integration of new reporting software
- Support external regulatory changes as they arise, such as Basel 3.1
Requirements:- Previous experience working on regulatory reporting in a banking environment
- Strong analytic skills, enhancing reporting through automation
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines
- A self-starter and independent worker with strong interpersonal skills
- The desire to develop in the role and eventually take on more complex reporting
Benefits:- 25 days holiday (plus take your public holiday allowance whenever works best for you)
- An extra day's holiday for your birthday
- Annual leave is increased with length of service, and you can choose to buy or sell up to five extra days off
- 16 hours paid volunteering time a year

- Private Medical Insurance with VitalityHealth including mental health support and cancer care. Partner benefits include discounts with Waitrose, Mr&Mrs Smith and Peloton
- Generous family-friendly policies
- Perkbox membership giving access to retail discounts, a wellness platform for physical and mental health, and weekly free and boosted perks
- Access to initiatives like Cycle to Work and Salary Sacrificed Gym partnerships
