Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will perform a variety of technical and analytical functions related to Guarantees and SBLC's processing. They will be supporting a growing business, in a friendly, multilingual, versatile team. There is opportunity to grow and develop, cross-training on other European branches supported from the Shared Service Centre and wider exposure to Trade Finance
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the Monthly Management and Client reporting to ensure we are delivering the appropriate service to current Bank and Departmental standards
- You will be responsible for researching, analysing and timely handling of client enquiries which may require specialized, sensitive and/or exception handling
- You will be a highly organized individual who can engage with a wide range of audiences, both within the organisation and externally with a top tier Client base.
- You will have strong knowledge and experience of processing Guarantees and SBLCs, including related rules - UCP600 and ISP98, URDG758
- You will be responsible for handling a portfolio of transactions and be responsible for ensuring deliverables are met and the clients are kept informed
- You will perform a variety of technical and analytical functions related to trade
What we are looking for:
- German language essential
- Trade finance experience preferred particularly guarantees.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Team player
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to work under own initiative in a pressurized, fast paced environment.
- Must have strong attention to detail as this is role where accuracy is key.
