Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will perform a variety of technical and analytical functions related to Guarantees and SBLC's processing. They will be supporting a growing business, in a friendly, multilingual, versatile team. There is opportunity to grow and develop, cross-training on other European branches supported from the Shared Service Centre and wider exposure to Trade Finance

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the Monthly Management and Client reporting to ensure we are delivering the appropriate service to current Bank and Departmental standards
• You will be responsible for researching, analysing and timely handling of client enquiries which may require specialized, sensitive and/or exception handling
• You will be a highly organized individual who can engage with a wide range of audiences, both within the organisation and externally with a top tier Client base.
• You will have strong knowledge and experience of processing Guarantees and SBLCs, including related rules - UCP600 and ISP98, URDG758
• You will be responsible for handling a portfolio of transactions and be responsible for ensuring deliverables are met and the clients are kept informed
• You will perform a variety of technical and analytical functions related to trade

What we are looking for:

• German language essential
• Trade finance experience preferred particularly guarantees.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Team player
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to work under own initiative in a pressurized, fast paced environment.
• Must have strong attention to detail as this is role where accuracy is key.
