We currently have an opening for an Bank Reconciliation Assistant to join our Finance team as a Temp to Perm in our Glasgow office. THE ROLEBank Reconciliation Assistant - Temp to Perm Based within the internal finance department of AAB, the key duties of the roles are:
  • Reconciliation of a number of AAB company bank accounts on a daily basis
  • Processing of receipts to the client billing system
  • Working closely with credit control to ensure cash is correctly allocated
  • Reconciliation of client billing system to financial ledgers
  • Ensuring all reconciling items are investigated & resolved in a timely manner
Experience and skill set required for the role:
  • Experience in a high volume environment is essential
  • Proficient in data entry and good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of IT & Financial systems
  • Experience of Business Central / Dynamics & Lightyear is advantageous.
