Position:

Having grown to become a leading name in the specialist buy-to-let market, our Specialist Mortgages division provides buy-to-let, residential and semi-commercial investment loans up to £25m to professional UK property investors and landlords. We believe landlords and property investors are key to providing more homes to rent. We support them in doing this through our panel of specialist brokers who work with our team of specialist property bankers and innovative suite of products and criteria, all whilst providing market-leading service. The division continues to drive forward its growth ambitions through increased market share, expanding our proposition through innovation, and a constant focus on improving the broker experience.

Requirements:

  • Hold at least 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (or equivalent) at least Grade C (or equivalent) or above.
  • Demonstratable experience delivering outstanding customer services and administrative support in a similar servicing role is essential.
  • Proven demonstratable experience and knowledge operating within a fast paced and pressurised mortgage lending environment, preferably in commercial mortgages or similar.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • A customer centric approach with a strong desire to deliver excellence.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and administrative skills

Other information:

  • Efficiently and appropriately managing all general customer requests and enquiries which includes (but is not limited to) overpayments, redemption statements, property licence updates and conditions subsequent.
  • Accurately assessing and determining key requirements for said enquiries including AML and assessment against offer letter requirements and terms and conditions and/or escalating where necessary to relevant internal team(s).
  • Actively work and strive towards a mandate to assess and issue letters of non-crystallisation, customer refunds and invoice payments.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and third parties both orally and written.
  • Undertaking proactive monitoring of security documentation from the Group's legal representatives, ensuring land charges, personal guarantees are provided correctly and ensuring internal systems are updated in a timely manner.
